Data Deletion Instructions
TrackNotify, operated by Digital Park Indonesia (TrackNotify). Effective 23 September 2026.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@digitalparkindonesia.com with the subject "Data deletion", from the email address you used with us, or send a WhatsApp message saying "delete my data" to the business number you chatted with. Include the WhatsApp phone number used, so we can find the records.
What happens next
- We confirm the request within 7 days.
- We delete chat messages, media, and contact details linked to that phone number within 30 days.
- Order records required for accounting are kept in a reduced form (order number, amount, date) without chat content, for up to 5 years as required by tax rules, then deleted.
- Deletion in TrackNotify does not delete the chat copy stored in WhatsApp itself. Delete that chat in the WhatsApp app on the device.

Untuk meminta penghapusan data, kirim email ke privacy@digitalparkindonesia.com dengan subjek "Data deletion", atau chat "hapus data saya" ke nomor bisnis kami. Sebutkan nomor WhatsApp yang dipakai. Kami konfirmasi dalam 7 hari, dan menghapus chat, gambar, serta data kontak dalam 30 hari. Data order untuk pembukuan disimpan tanpa isi chat maksimal 5 tahun, lalu dihapus. Salinan chat di aplikasi WhatsApp harus dihapus sendiri di HP.
