Terms of Service

TrackNotify, operated by Digital Park Indonesia (TrackNotify). Effective 23 September 2026.

1. The service

TrackNotify records orders, tracks parcels, and manages WhatsApp conversations for our online stores. Accounts are created by us for our own staff and partners; there is no public self-service signup.

2. Accounts

Each user keeps their login credentials confidential and is responsible for activity under their account. We may suspend an account that is shared, misused, or no longer needed.

3. Acceptable use

• Message only customers who contacted us or agreed to be contacted.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policies. No spam, no prohibited goods.
• Do not send anyone's identity documents, card numbers, or passwords through the service.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to mislead customers about prices, stock, or delivery.

4. AI-assisted replies

Part of the service drafts replies with an AI model. Drafts can be wrong. A human must supervise the conversations, and prices, stock, and delivery promises shown to a customer remain our responsibility.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on WhatsApp Business Platform, courier APIs, and cloud providers. Their availability, message fees, and rules are outside our control, and message delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Fees

WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta to the WhatsApp Business Account that sends the message. Courier fees are charged by the courier.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data caused by a third-party outage.

8. Termination

We may change or stop the service at any time. Data belonging to a closed account is deleted according to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
